In-Tune Tap

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the In-Tune Tap mobile application (the "App").

1. About the App

In-Tune Tap is a mobile companion application used to accept in-person card payments via Stripe Terminal (Tap to Pay where supported).

2. Who we are

In-Tune provides software services for tutoring organisations. References to "In-Tune", "we", "us" or "our" mean the In-Tune service operator.

3. Payment processing

  • Card payments are processed by Stripe and associated payment networks.
  • Fees, chargebacks, disputes, and settlement timing are determined by Stripe and your Stripe agreement.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to accept payments on behalf of your business and to comply with applicable laws.

4. Standalone mode

Standalone mode may guide you through creating and onboarding a Stripe Connect account so you can accept payments. In standalone mode, the App stores a device credential used to authenticate future requests.

5. In-Tune mode

In-Tune mode is intended for organisations using the In-Tune platform. The App may be activated by a sign-in token or deep link from the In-Tune web application.

6. Security

  • Keep your phone secured and do not share access with unauthorised users.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass security controls.
  • If you believe credentials have been compromised, sign out and contact support.

7. Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change and availability can be affected by device support, operating system updates, Stripe availability, network connectivity, or maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.

10. Contact
